We pride ourselves on a quick and effective customer service. Therefore we make it just as simple to return an order as it is to make an order.

To return an item please follow the steps listed below:

  • Email with the subject “Return”.
  • Make sure the email includes full name, email used for order, order number and reason for a return.
  • Choose whether you would like to receive a store credit, a refund or an exchange.
  • If there is a defect with the item please include pictures to ensure your return is dealt with quickly and effectively.

We have a strict policy in relation to the condition of the items. All returned items must be as new, unworn and in original packaging. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us before sending your email. You will receive an email from the team within 24 hours.

 Full Policy

  • You may return items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Transit times are included in this time window.
  • Items must be in new and unworn condition and in the original packaging. Returns with indication of wear/use will be rejected.
  • Any sign of scent (including deodrant) or animal hair will result in the return being rejected.
  • If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive then your return item, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for your desired product.
  • We work on a 7 day return turnaround time. During normal periods returns are usually processed quicker than this, but it is not guaranteed.
  • Any SALE items can only be returned for an exchange. Full refunds will not be offered.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
  • Do not risk sending an item back if you feel there could be a reason for it to be rejected.
